    Abstract：

    建筑物高差、温度应力、基础结构形式等影响，需要在合理位置设置后浇带，因而后浇带施工技术在房建工程得到广泛应用。设置房屋建筑后浇带，有效减少混凝土温度差、混凝土收缩、不均匀沉降影响，防止建筑物后期混凝土开裂、渗漏水、标高差异等质量问题。后浇带施工质量控制对房建工程整体发展具有重要意义。
