Abstract：
随着我国经济进入腾飞时代，群众对生活的物质及精神需求与日俱增，在琳琅满目商品横空出世的同时，消防安全风险隐患呈现上升趋势，不仅暴露出消防综合监管方面存在一些问题，也暴露出消防基层力量建设中存在不足，以及消防设施装备更迭断代、乡镇消防设施装备落后等现象。笔者着重从三方面对消防综合监管和基层力量建设进行思考。
