Abstract：
新建工程临近运营地铁施工不可避免对既有隧道盾构管片内力和变形产生影响，需要结合现场情况开展结构安全性评价，保证地铁运营安全。本文针对大型商业建筑临近地铁施工过程中对隧道内力和变形影响进行安全验算与评价，分析表明，方案中隧道B型管片不能满足规范要求，更换为C型管片后，结构内力、变形、裂缝、配筋均满足规定。
