    Abstract：

    在高中阶段学生分层明显不能实现分班教学的背景下，教师课前预设学生层次差异，学习目标不同，精心设计难度递进、任务多重的导学案并应用于课堂教学。这使得学生把导学案当作脚手架，对部分有能力完成的学习内容分层自学和互学；老师把讲堂变成学堂，充分发挥导学案的桥梁作用，实现教学目标。以高中英语阅读教学为例，论述教师如何设计好、用好导学案。
