Abstract：
随着人们生活水平的提高，对教育创新要求不断提高。现阶段，小学是学生兴趣培养的黄金时期，学生各项素养呈现全方位发展之势。学生运动兴趣的提升，在对学生体能进行锻炼的同时，能促进增强学生的身体协调性，使学生具备更高的心理承受力，实现对外界压力的有效应对。小学体育教师应分析在小学体育教学中可使用的手段，并提出优化策略，以期实现学生运动兴趣培养的目标。
