Abstract：

辅导员是与学生日常学习和生活接触最多的角色，对学生的影响作用较为突出，在新时期背景下，随着我国高等教育的持续发展，更是对思政教育工作提出了更高的要求，思政辅导是其中重要的组成部分。在这一影响下高校思政辅导员需要提高自身综合素质，明确自身的职能定位，创新原有的工作机制，为学生健康成长提供重要的助力。
