    Abstract：

    工程造价是建筑施工中的重要内容，直接影响到建筑工程的整体效益。概预算编制是工程造价工作的基础，能够有效控制施工过程中的资金消耗，使企业获得更多利润。基于此，本文从首先分析了建筑施工工程概预算编制的理论基础，其次分析概预算编制对工程造价的影响，并提出一些优化策略，以期提高建筑施工企业概预算编制的质量。
