    Abstract：

    为应对高校科研管理形式滞后等问题，本文从科研管理创新必要性出发，提出借助“互联网+”新技术，创建“互联网+管理”模式，主要包括明确自身定位、健全监管模式、深化体制改革、革新从业观念、搭建信息资源共享平台以及发挥“品牌”效应等，致力于创建适用于时代发展的新型高校科研管理模式，望能借助全新环境，为相关管理人员提供借鉴。
