    在中职英语教学中，教师要意识到提升学生英语水平的重要性，以综合能力的培养为目标，探究有效的教学方式，培养学生的英语兴趣、阅读能力，提升学生的英语水平，从而实现英语教学目标。教师要明确教学目标，让学生在学习中积累知识，启迪智慧，提升学生的英语水平，促进学生综合发展。本文将简要分析当前中职英语教学中存在的问题，并探究在职业能力背景下，中职英语教学的有效策略。
