Abstract：
小学是个人教育过程的启蒙时期，应该把握好这个时期，对小学生展开一场科学而有效的劳动教育，这将对学生们对劳动的建立、劳动技能的掌握、劳动态度的培养产生积极的影响，还会为未来的教育阶段，甚至是整个人生历程打下重要的基础。要想确保在小学阶段进行劳动教育的成效，我们就应该对劳动教育所具有的特殊的实践性予以充分的尊重，并且对其进行深入的研究。
