    本研究以环境、社会、公司治理（ESG）为视角，探讨房地产行业的可持续发展面临的挑战的和机遇，获取房地产企业未来发展启示。文章讨论了环境、社会、公司治理（ESG）理念的起源与可持续发展的关系；阐述了我国当前的ESG践行情况与房地产行业在此进程中的表现；列举了房地产开发中环境、社会、公司治理范畴涉及的问题，并举例说明应对措施；文末结合当今趋势探讨未来的房地产企业发展。
