    在加速城镇化建设的社会背景下，近年来全国各地实施了大量市政公用基础设施建设和养护项目。市政工程线长、面广、种类繁多，加之作业环境复杂、安全隐患较多，极易发生安全事故。加强市政工程施工安全管理，深入分析存在问题，研究改进措施，对于保障市政工程顺利进行、提升城市建设质量和维护人民群众生命财产安全具有重要意义。
