    Abstract：

    本文根据淹没流管道的水力学特征，运用长管模型和FHWA提出的综合能量损失算法计算雨水管道的沿程和局部水头损失，并以此校核淹没流管道的过流能力。根据校核结果，对实际工程的设计优化提出指导性建议。
