海绵城市计算以求需增海绵设施容积规模为主,在已知目标年径流总量控制率对应总需要控制雨量的情况下,只要能正确评估下垫面控制雨量情况,就能求设施规模,而相关计算案例很少,本文就此提出可行算法,供同行参考。
