    Abstract：

    新时代背景下海绵城市建设已经纳入国家城市规划建设之中，旨在打造生态宜居、健康绿色的现代化城市。按照国家政策标准，规划建设城市园林景观，应始终坚持海绵城市理念，要求设计人员立足于自然生态系统，进行低影响开发，促使人工方式与自然生态方式相结合，提高园林景观的雨水管控能力，同时营造美感十足、绿色盎然的园林环境，促进人与自然和谐共处。
