Abstract：
历史建筑作为历史文化遗产体系中重要的保护对象之一，承载着本地文化及本地居民共同记忆，展现不同时期历史风貌。本文以2022年度合浦县历史建筑普查与认定项目为基础，尝试建立历史建筑普查与认定的具体工作路径，并以住房城乡建设部办公厅出台的《历史文化街区划定和历史建筑确定工作方案》中对历史建筑认定标准为依据，建立历史建筑认定与价值评估的指标体系。
