    Abstract：

    装配式房屋建筑施工方式的应用越来越普遍，其主要借助于预制好的建筑构件，在现场进行拼装处理，进而明显有别于原有现场施工处理的方式，技术人员应该注重予以严格把关。文章以装配式房屋建筑施工技术的运用作为研究对象，首先简要概述了该技术应用特点和优势，然后又具体从构件预制、构件调运、构件安装以及构件连接、整体验收等方面入手，探讨了施工技术要点，希望具备参考借鉴作用。
