Abstract：
水利工程建设与我国民生发展存在密切的关联，提高水利工程建设的施工水平已成为推动现代化城市发展的必然选择。其中顶管施工技术无须大面积开挖即可完成管道铺设工作，这项隐蔽性的施工技术在水利工程建设中体现出了较高的应用价值，有助于避免地面建筑物和地下基础设施遭到破坏，在道路拥挤的城市化发展进程中也具有明显的应用优势，因此在水利工程建设中广泛应用顶管施工技术具有重要现实意义。
