Abstract：
改革开放后，随着中国经济高速发展，城镇化的步伐越来越快，人口也越来越集中，对住房及相关配套的公共建筑等要求也越来越高，从而导致建筑机电设备的种类越来越多、系统越来越全、功能越来越先进，在有限的空间里需要安装更多的专业。为了提高建筑的空间使用率，保证其使用观感，建筑机电设备管线的整体规划和提前布局尤为重要，满足各项要求的综合管线整体布置工作必不可少。本次以西郊办公商务中心为例，以供参考。
