    Abstract：

    在长期的经济社会发展过程中，出现了一定数量的经营性自建房，这些建筑存在一定的消防隐患。为了消除经营性自建房的消防隐患，本文在查阅相关文献的基础上，从技术视角切入，分析了技术手段在经营性自建房消防安全管理中的应用。本文认为技术手段能够提升消防安全管理效率，消除消防安全隐患，在未来的发展中，需要加大技术手段在消防安全管理中的应用。
