    本文结合上海临港新片区项目首先阐述了绿色建筑设计理念在住宅建筑设计应用的必要性，明确了绿色建筑理念的应用原则，继而从规范导则、实际落实、使用体验等多个角度具体探讨了绿色建筑在项目中的应用，旨在为住宅设计中更好地落实绿色建筑设计提供参考。
