    Abstract：

    农村生活污水的收集处理是实施乡村振兴战略的重要任务，事关全面建成小康社会，事关农村生态文明建设。庐江县罗河镇、乐桥镇、柯坦镇生活污水收集处理工程涉及三个乡镇镇区和部分农村生活污水的处理，本文以此项目为例，对农村生活污水的收集和处理的设计要点进行了分析，以采用适合项目所在地的污水治理技术和模式，可为类似项目提供借鉴和启发。
