Abstract：

近年来妇幼专科医院已由治疗转向与保健相结合，随着科室设置及检查仪器、诊断设备的增加，建筑体量也不断增加，对医院建设工程管理者素质和专业技术及经验要求非常高。该文以某三级妇幼保健医院参建经历，全面阐述妇幼专科医院建设全过程，为医院建设人员提供借鉴，更好的做好医院建设方面的管理和服务。
