    结合中煤宣城电厂专用铁路扩能改造工程案例，从土地控制、营业线运营、既有线纵坡、下穿高铁、机车动力、经济性及工程实施难易程度等方面对方案进行了研究，最终综合比选工程投资相对经济、实施相对容易且能满足运输需求的方案。
