    Abstract：

    在乡村振兴政策背景下，对我国村庄建设提出了更为细致全面的要求，编制切实可行、便于实施、有序指导建设的规划设计，是推动乡村全面振兴，实现乡村三个现代化建设的首要前提。以赣州市宁都县莲子村为载体，编制契合乡村振兴要求的总体规划设计，力争打造乡村振兴建设示范样板。
