    在我国高速城市化进程中，环境问题的日益加剧引发了国内外对于低碳城市建设的重视，本文阐释了低碳交通内涵并以石家庄正定新区为例，对城市低碳交通发展条件进行分析、继而对城市低碳交通开发模式和低碳交通发展策略展开探讨，对于构建低碳城市的发展研究具有积极的意义。
