    Abstract：

    在我国城市建设发展过程中，老旧社区的更新策略一直是重要的研究课题，本文以建筑策划为引导，围绕城市更新、老旧小区更新、空间更新等主题，以青岛濠洼片区为例，分析该社区的现状和问题，利用系统性框架方式，并提出了系统性有机更新策略。
