    Abstract：

    朝阳城市历史悠久，但近现代的工业历史记忆逐渐消失，本文通过对朝阳水泵厂本身的历史价值，现状情况，活化策略等的分析，同时剖析国内相近规模的工业类历史街区的更新改造的成功案例，提出科学合理的更新策略功能定位，力求唤醒城市的工业文化记忆，提升城市历史文化魅力与城市活力。
