Abstract：

市政基础设施建设对于城市的发展至关重要，然而建设成本巨大，需要进行成本效益分析。成本指的是建设成本、资金成本和维护成本等，而“效益”则指项目或政策对社会总体福利的影响，包括经济效益、环境效益、社会效益等。本文认为，在市政基础设施建设中进行成本效益分析有助于评估项目的可行性和经济效益。
