    Abstract：

    在建筑节能技术不断进步的今天，除了外墙保温、屋顶保温之外，地面保温技术也在不断地被推广与应用，这不仅是因为楼板设计具有经济与科学的特点，同时也是因为地面保温对室内居住环境进行改造，让居住环境变得更加舒适。结合保障性住房小区，对目前普遍采用的地面保温措施及设计要点进行了较为详尽的阐述，并对其施工方法及质量检测要点进行了阐述。
