Abstract：
在乡村振兴战略中，文化振兴是核心内容之一。乡村振兴战略不但要实现乡村地区的经济振兴，提升乡村居民的物质生活水平，也要同时推动乡村地区的文化振兴，满足乡村居民的精神生活需求。本文通过对地方戏曲的发展和创新的重要意义的分析，对地方戏曲在现阶段的发展和创新中存在的问题进行了研究，阐述了乡村振兴战略对地方戏曲发展和创新的积极影响，在此基础上，对乡村振兴背景下地方戏曲的发展和创新策略进行了研究。
