Abstract：
校企合作，简单来说就是企业需要什么样的人才，学校就培养什么样的人才，是目前高职教育事业中非常重要的一项改革成果。制冷空调专业人才培养过程中高职院校领导层应当加强企业合作，针对校企双方的合作基础、人才培养模式以及校企目的等内容展开具体的探讨，并根据校企合作最终目标调整教学方案和教学模式，为高职教育领域改革发展提供有价值的参考。
