    Abstract：

    通过对目前高职高专院校医护人才培养现状的分析，从教学内容、教学方法、师资力量等方面指出所存在的问题和不足；指出对应用型临床心理素质人才进行医教融合培育路径研究的必要性和意义所在；通过探讨医院和学校联合培养的模式，充分调动并利用各方面的资源，达到“医教”的深度融合，在保证教学质量的同时，培养学生的临床思维，提升医学院校学生的医患沟通能力和自身心理素质，减少医患矛盾的发生。
