    Abstract：

    护理专业是“以人为本”的服务型专业，在陪伴学生成长的过程中，需要增强学生的社会责任感、职业价值感、奉献成就感。志愿服务活动搭起了学生与社会之间的桥梁，要求学生在服务过程中不断体会奉献、友爱、互助、进步的志愿者精神。本文通过分析当前中职护理专业学生开展志愿服务活动现状，思考总结具有可操作性、可推广性、可优化性的实施策略。
