Abstract：
面对新形势、新任务，创建学习型组织、培育组织的学习力、提升竞争优势，已经成为企业持续健康发展、打造长青基业的战略选择。特别是在国有企业数字化转型的时代背景下，数字化学习也逐渐成为建设学习型企业的重要实现形式。本课题以某大型国企线上学习平台为例，研究如何更好地利用其深化学习效果，推动学习型企业建设。
