    随着社会经济的发展，社会各界对于建筑工程施工规模、质量有较高要求，在复杂化建筑工程中，搞好工程质量管理与造价管理又是极其必要的。工程造价管理对提高经济效益具有十分重要的意义，造价预结算审核为关键环节之一，工作安排得当，能够对工程造价的管理状态进行优化，使之符合工程建设的需要，为项目的开发提供了有利条件。
