    界面管理贯穿EPC项目全生命周期，影响进度、造价、质量、安全等环节。研究界面管理措施对EPC项目的影响，结合工程应用实践阐述适用性和重要性，研究成果可知良好的截面管理措施有利于提高项目整理管理水平，有助于项目各方面优化平衡，提升项目整理管理水平。
