    Abstract：

    随着人们对节能环保的关注度日益提高，建筑业也逐渐向着绿色低碳的方向发展。新型节能材料具有重量轻、导热系数低、隔热性能好等特点，因此在装配式建筑中得到广泛应用。通过对新型节能材料的实验研究和实际应用情况的调查，发现其不仅能够有效降低建筑物的能耗，还可以提高建筑物的使用寿命和安全性。
