Abstract：
建筑行业是我国国民经济发展的重要支柱，当前建筑行业的各方面工作均受到了越来越多的重视，建筑企业为了实现增收节支，就要对工程造价做出科学的预算。所谓科学预算就是既精确又合理，通过对多个建筑工程进行了超预算原因的探究，然后针对不同的原因提出更合理的管理策略，进而使得建筑工程造价得到更好的管控，为建筑企业带来稳定的经济效益。
