    本文主要介绍了菲律宾GNPower迪格宁2×660MW燃煤电站项目质量管理的概况，并对项目质量管理的内容进行了详细对比和分析，针对在工程项目管理过程中存在的问题提出了一些具体的建议，对后续承接的海外工程项目质量管理具有一定的借鉴意义。
