    Abstract：

    近年来，伴随着轨道交通的持续建设和城市的不断扩张，城市空间的集约化发展需求日趋强烈，TOD成为众多城市规划与建设的重点。本文将围绕城市型TOD项目的概念、特点等方面简述其重要意义，然后以上海市某产业园TOD项目为例从前期报批报建、设计管理、施工管理等方面介绍相关管理措施，为此类型项目提供可参考的思路与见解。
