    Abstract：

    机械加工粗糙表面的微观形貌模拟一直是磨削学的基本课题之一。微观表面形貌的模拟研究对于机械加工表面的质量控制和粗糙表面接触的模拟研究具有重要意义。目前光学玻璃被广泛应用到各个领域，其主要包括空间技术、航空航天、光电与精密工程等领域，其表面质量的加工要求越来越高。实现平面磨削粗糙表面的模拟方法。
