    Abstract：

    在盾构机长距离、小曲线掘进条件下，如何保证盾尾密封系统的可靠性是施工重难点问题。本文研究了盾尾密封系统的工作原理，并在此基础上从工程地质、密封油脂性能及用量和掘进参数这三个方面分析了造成盾尾密封失效的原因。最后以某隧道盾尾刷更换为实例进行了盾尾刷更换与保护的研究。
