    Abstract：

    老旧小区改造成为现阶段我国城市发展中的重要任务，为了确保老旧小区改造得以发挥出理想效果，积极关注各个关键施工工艺的运用不容忽视，外墙保温改造施工工艺就是比较重要的核心技术手段。文章以老旧小区外墙保温改造施工工艺作为研究对象，结合碑林区2020年第一批老旧小区提升改造EPC项目，重点介绍了各个关键施工技术要点，然后又探讨了一些施工注意事项和优化策略，希望具备参考借鉴作用。
