Abstract：
新时期下我国社会经济飞速发展的同时，工程建设也得到整体推进，尤其是海洋项目。为满足社会发展需求，海洋项目在建设期间，对安全性和质量的要求日益提高。在部分大型项目施工阶段，测绘技术发挥重要作用，但就目前的海洋测绘效果来看，应用的测绘技术存在滞后性，无法满足我国海洋项目高标准建设需求。因此为提升海洋测绘的有效性、精准性与可行性，强化对GPS测量技术的研究与应用。
