    Abstract：

    本文针对长沙海关住宅小区现有冷热水系统的问题,按现行有关国家规范,对冷热水系统存在的问题原因进行了分析,对住宅楼现有的生活冷热水系统管网提出优化改造,更换或增加部分管网及设备,保证整个院区住宅楼生活冷热水系统的安全稳定运行.
