    神华号交流电力机车运用中发生主变流器中IGBT炸裂故障由多种因素引起,有IGBT本身技术缺陷,IGBT全生命周期,长时间大功率超载运行等因素,现对上述不良因素进行分析,并提出相应的改进和预防措施.
