    对于建筑工程而言,进度管理工作的有效开展可以大大提升工程施工质量和施工效益.因此,在工程项目实施建设过程中,相关施工单位就要将进度管理工作放在首位.本文对建筑工程管理中进度管理的重要性进行着重分析,并提出一系列科学合理的应用管理对策,以便相关人士参考.
