    我国高速公路养护管理存在体制不健全、"重建轻养"思想严重、养护市场相对封闭、养护机械配套率不足、养护科技含量低等问题.管理部门必须站在公路可持续发展战略的高度,引入科学的养护管理体系,建立满足当前养护市场发展需求的养护体制.
