    建筑施工中的渗漏是形成建筑体安全隐患的重要因素,渗漏严重时会造成建筑物主体结构的破坏,使得建筑功能无法全面的发挥,因此研究建筑施工中防水防渗施工技术,是保障建筑外观完整和结构安全的迫切需求.本文从防水防渗施工的指导原则入手,通过分析防水防渗施工中各工艺的主要施工技术以及施工安全注意事项,达到研究建筑施工中防水防渗施工技术的目的 .
